Owner Aaron G. Krumnow
I’m Aaron, the proud owner of A.G.K., Builder and my journey into the world of construction began long before I could even hold a hammer. Growing up in a family of builders in Central Texas, I spent countless hours on job sites with my dad, learning the ropes from the ground up. I was the “attic rat” and the one who squeezed under houses to get the job done. By the age of 13, I was already working on a framing crew, and by 16, I was driving the crew around during the summer, soaking in every lesson along the way.
My early experiences instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the craft of building. I learned how to set forms, dig ditches, frame houses, and even roof them. As I transitioned into my mid-twenties, I took on the role of job superintendent for high-end custom homes, which opened my eyes to the artistry and detail that goes into creating a dream home. This experience broadened my skill set and fueled my passion for building.
In my mid-30s, I took the leap to start A.G.K. Builder, and I’ve been fortunate to work on some incredible projects and with amazing clients ever since. I believe that every home tells a story, and I take pride in being a part of that narrative. My commitment to honesty, integrity, and transparent communication is at the heart of what I do. I utilize cutting-edge construction software, Contractor Foreman, to keep clients informed every step of the way, ensuring they can track progress, budget, and timelines with ease.
When I’m not on the job site, you can find me spending time with my family, playing with grandkids, golf, or enjoying the great outdoors through hunting, hiking, and camping. I’m passionate about creating spaces where families can make memories, and I’m dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship that stands the test of time.
